Privacy, picket, and ranch rail systems from proven manufacturer lines — Royal, Catalyst, and Barrette Outdoor Living’s Veranda Linden — at contractor pricing through a commercial account. Panels, posts, caps, rails, and gate hardware quoted as complete systems, not piecemeal.
The lineup
Full-privacy tongue-and-groove panels — the volume seller for residential builds and townhome communities.
Spaced picket and lattice-top profiles for front yards, pools, and HOA-driven streetscapes.
Two, three, and four-rail systems for acreage, equestrian, and rural property lines.
Matching walk and drive gates with vinyl-rated hinges and latches, sized to the system you order.
We quote vinyl from three manufacturer lines we know from the install side: Royal, Catalyst, and Barrette Outdoor Living’s Veranda Linden series. All three are contractor-grade product; profile availability, colors, and lead times vary by line, so your account rep matches the brand to the job when you quote. If a builder or HOA has already spec’d a brand, we work to that spec.
Wall thickness, UV package, and rail engineering. Contractor-grade systems run heavier extrusions with titanium-dioxide UV inhibitors compounded through the material, routed posts and locking rails that resist wind pull-out, and reinforced bottom rails on wide privacy spans. That is the difference between a fence that yellows and racks in five summers and one that carries a manufacturer warranty your customer can actually use. Warranty documents for the lines we carry are in the resource library.
Often, yes. Vinyl doesn’t corrode, so salt air that eats steel fasteners and stains wood is a non-issue for the panels themselves. For oceanfront and open-exposure sites, wind is the design driver — tighter post spacing, deeper footings, and heavier rail sections per the manufacturer’s wind guidance. Flag the exposure when you request a quote and we’ll build the material list to match it.
Profile and height first — a 6-foot tongue-and-groove privacy panel carries more material than a 4-foot picket — then brand line, color (white leads, tans and grays vary by line), gate count, and total footage. Volume matters: builders running repeat communities price differently than a one-off run. There is no public retail sheet to mark up from; vinyl pricing is quoted to the account, per job, against current manufacturer cost.
Quote the system by run length, height, and profile; we break it into panels, posts by type (line, corner, end, gate), caps, rails, and hardware so the truck shows up with a complete install kit. Repeat builders keep their standard profiles on file — reorders reference the last job instead of starting over. Open an account to get vinyl pricing; if you hold a business license or an EIN, you likely qualify.
